Adapted from Psalm 119:33-40 H He (NASB)
(Tune: "This Land is Your Land")
Teach me, O LORD, the way
of Your statutes,
And I shall keep the way
unto the end.
Give understanding,
so I may follow
Your law to keep with all my heart.
Make me walk in the path
of Your commandments,
For I delight in it
Your holy path.
Incline my heart to
Your testimonies
And not to dishonest gain.
Turn away my eyes
From viewing vanity,
And revive me
in Your ways.
Establish Your word
to Your servant,
Your word makes reverence for You.
Turn away reproach
which I dread,
For Your laws
are good.
Behold, I desire
Your precepts;
Revive me through Your righteousness.
Prayerfully singing God's word to simple songs.

Adapted from Psalm 119:25-32 Daleth (NASB)
(Tune: Kum Ba Yah)
Make me know the way
of Your law,
So I'll meditate
on Your wonders.
My soul weeps of grief;
Strengthen me
according
to Your word.
Remove the false way
from me,
And graciously
grant Your law.
I have chosen
the faithful way;
I put Your law
before me.
I cling to Your Truth
O LORD,
Do not put me
to shame!
I shall run the way
of Your law,
For You will
enlarge my heart.
(Tune: Kum Ba Yah)
Make me know the way

So I'll meditate
on Your wonders.
My soul weeps of grief;

For You will

Adapted from Psalm 119:17-24 G Gimel. (NASB)
(Tune: "Dem Dry Bones"/"Alice the Camel")
Deal bountifully with
Your slave,
That I may live and
keep Your word.
Open my eyes, that
I may hold
Wonderful things from Your law.
I am a stranger
in the earth;
Do not hide Your rules
from me.
My soul is crushed with
longing
After Your rules all the time.
You rebuke the arrogant,
the cursed,
Who wander from Your
commands.
Remove reproach and
curse from me,
For I observe Your truth.
Even though princes sit-n-talk
against me,
Your servant meditates on
Your statutes.
Your testimonies also are
my delight;
They are my counselors.

Adapted from Psalm 119:9-16 Beth (NASB)
(Tune: I’m Bringing Home a Baby Bumbleebee”)
How can a young man keep his way pure?
By keeping it according to Your word.
With all my heart I have sought You;
Don’t let me wander from Your commands.
Your word I have treasured in my heart,
That I may not sin against You.
Blessed are You, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
Blessed are You. O LORD
With my lips I have told of all
the ordinances of Your mouth.
I have rejoiced in the way of Your truth,
As much as in all riches.
I will meditate on Your precepts
And regard all of Your ways.
I shall delight in Your statutes;
I shall not forget Your word.

Adapted from Psalm 119:1-8 Aleph
(Tune: “Those Caissons Go Rolling Along”)
How blessed are those whose way is blameless,
Who walk in the law of the LORD.
How blessed are those who observe His truth,
Who seek Him with all their heart.
They also do no unrighteousness;
They walk in His ways.
You have ordained Your precepts,
That we should keep them diligently.
Oh that my ways may be established
To keep Your statutes!
Then I shall not be ashamed
When I look upon all Your commands.
I shall give You thanks with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments.
I shall keep Your law, Your loving statutes;
Do not forsake me utterly!
